The 1968 Asthma Study - returns on a long term project

Penguin Lions doorknocked and raised $1100 in 1967 to help with a 1968 study into asthma - the results forty years later are excellent, the study continues with the Menzies Centre and others. Read more here |

Penguin Lions recently donated $1000 to help this young person with
acute dyslexia. The Sunshine Association also donated $500 He went to Canberra for a week's specialist training and has now returned. He is being assisted by two of our Lions members and the results are simply amazing!!! |

Youth of the Year is held every year, and provides an opportunity for young people in Grade 10 or 11 to compete in public speaking and personal interviews. |
